Send your event details and you will get a design direction and a quote back. Quotes are free, there is no pressure to book after you see one, and delivery, setup and takedown are included in every booking.
What should you include in your inquiry?
The more of this you send up front, the faster and more accurate the quote is:
- Your event date, plus setup and takedown times if you know them
- The venue name or address, and whether the setup is indoor or outdoor
- The type of event, such as a first birthday, baby shower, graduation or grand opening
- Your color palette or theme
- Any add-ons you want, such as a cake stand, oversized flowers, helium balloons or LED numbers
- A photo of the exact spot where the decor will go
- Any inspiration photos you have saved
The photo of the space is the single most useful thing you can send. It settles ceiling height, wall width and outlet placement in one step, and that is what the design gets built around. Approximate timings are fine. They are only used to schedule the install and the takedown.
What happens after you reach out?
You get a design direction and a quote based on what you sent. If the space photo raises a question about fit, or something in the details is unclear, we will ask before quoting rather than guessing. Once you approve the design and the date is reserved, the colors get sourced and the build begins. Nothing is ordered before you confirm, and you are free to walk away at the quote stage.
How soon should you get in touch?
Sooner is better, especially for Saturdays in spring and summer, graduation season in May and June, and the stretch from Thanksgiving through New Year. Custom lettered backdrops and specialty color matches need the most lead time, since the materials have to be ordered before anything can be built. Shorter timelines sometimes work depending on what is already on the calendar, so it is worth asking even if your event is close.
Where do you set up?
Everett and the surrounding Snohomish County area, plus north King County and Woodinville. Setups happen in private homes, rented halls, community centers, churches, wineries, restaurants and office spaces.
